I've downloaded this version of R'n'D. It looks really fun and challenging,
congratulations to the creators, very well done - as always!
But for me it's a (fantastic, overwhelming) graphic and (exciting, challenging) level set, but not a whole new game. Perhaps I'm stupid and don't know anything but would a graphics, sounds and levelset not have been enough?
Creating a whole new game program is much mor complicated, isn't it?
No matter, no matter, but I would like to hear anyone else's opinion!
What's on here, guys? No people interested? C'mon.

Most credits go to Juergen for creating the artwork and tricky level sets! :-)
In fact it's not a whole new game, but a special edition of Rocks'n'Diamonds for those who prefer Jue's artwork over the classic R'n'D artwork as the default artwork. This makes it easy for people who don't know about "override artwork" options to play the whole EMC level collection with a different artwork by default, for example.
Most of the work was adding certain features for this edition (like the game panel customization options) -- creating a stand-alone program as a special edition of R'n'D wasn't that hard, but merely a problem of special packaging.
And you're right that you can also just use the level set with classic R'n'D and also play existing level sets with this artwork, as usual.

Ah, yes,
first, I was not sure if there was any new options, new elements, but then I
took a look that was more exactly and I saw it's the same game.
"jue", Juergen Bonhagen, wasn't he an important member of the creators of
SnakeBite? He's even got it's own SnakeBite levelset, hasn't he? So now he's got his own game, I think that's brilliant!
BTW, is he registered in this forum?

The creator of SnakeBite (artwork, game elements (CEs), main level set) is Alan Bond, but Juergen Bonhagen has created a second level set that uses the same game elements (and some different graphics, like the main menu background).

Yes, but he hasn't posted for a long time here...
