The file is a Trojan virus. Beware.
This is the first time a malicious file has been uploaded to the archive, I check the archive every time I visit the internet for malware, I still consider the archive to be safe.
Uploading php-files to the archive does not make them executable, since they are not saved as *.php on the archive.
