Um, Sascha, what about working at a job on most days, trying to earn money? what about going to school during the school season?

Or did you mean besides that?

And mostly you do more than one thing on a day... so you could better ask: which activity do you do most in your spare time?

From my point of view, I try to do just one thing, anytime, since I was very young, and it's to have fun in any case, by playing all the time.

Of course I won't act like a jugglar during an undertaking, and I won't search for the "rewind" button if the brakes of my car were broken, but if you try (and get) to see anything like if it was a game, you get a lot of fun.

Maybe you won't show your delight, but you'll feel it ;)
Anyway, by the way, have fun!

The above needs a little explanation. Comparing the everyday life to a game could sound a bit limiting to someone. Someone else could say that real life has "serious things" and that games aren't "serious".

Well, it all depends on the definition you give to the word "game".

For me, a game is a situation where you have some powers, and also some obstacles. Where you have one or more aims/targets, and maybe some others have their own, which eventually could be something that belongs to you. Where you know something, but you also don't know something else. Where you can learn new things, have new friends and new enemies, just like in real life.

I like a lot learning new things, and that's "having fun" for me ;)
Anyway, by the way, have fun!

If I haven't got anything to do, I search for something ;)

By the way, "learning" is not the only thing I consider fun, of course. I often watch movies, play the guitar and read books, in the "real" spare time.

I'm studying computer networking at college and in my spare time I like surfing the internet, playing computer games, writing little programs in VB, playing badminton, going to the gym and stuff

I have a wide range of hobbies so I can usually find something to occupy myself 8)

I have university all day.

When I have free time? Computer - doing university work and assignments of course!
Also play some computer games, and occasionally do some VB programming (learning C++ in uni).
If it's late night, reading.

I was working until recently. It was an excellent job too. But my uni timetable restricted me too much. Because fo the nature of my job though, I spent most of time playing computer games :D

Nice to see other C++ and VB coders here.

Keep on coding and playing RnD, and absolutely try your best to have fun while studying or working - otherwise it could become a real nightmare
Anyway, by the way, have fun!

I also do most of these, with the exceptions of sports and watching TV. My favorite would probably be reading, as well as writing (for personal satisfaction and the random enjoyment of others). I watch old shows on DVD sometimes (does that count as TV?) and, of course, I play games on my computer, including R'n'D, Enigma, Battle for Wesnoth, and Freeciv.
