For some reason (I will search for it tomorrow) the webserver on the machine wasn't running.
according to murphy's law it happend when i was away
started it again and seems to run fine

Martijn's tape doesn't work here either. With which version have you recorded it? But the level is solvable, you've got about a minute to collect the 22 emeralds and then run to the exit in the bottom left corner.
