Yes. I don't remember exactly how the bug I noticed was, but it sounds the same. Don't think it's been fixed yet :( I use an older version of RnD to play multiplayer network games.

The levels by Lee Brewer can be downloaded from the files archive (which is up again after a little downtime), http://www.zomis.net/rnd/download.php?id=652

I also like this idea very much. The reason why I started working on "R'n'D Database" was partially this, as RnDDB was be able to compare MD5-checksums of different levels and levelsets. However, I've abandoned RNDDB as there's much else that is occupying my time. Another idea I thought ab...

Files Archive is offline at the moment. Link should work when the server is running again (Not sure when that will happen).

Saving tape with timelimit and loading without

When you create a level with the default time limit of 100 seconds, save the level and then play the level for something like 95 seconds. Save a tape/instant-snapshot. Change the time limit for the level to 0 seconds (no time limit) and save the level. Then you load the tape/instant-snapshot. You wi...

Upload bug fixed at the files archive

Now I understand why there hasn't been any uploads to the files archive lately: It wasn't possible because of a bug.

I've fixed that bug now so it's possible to upload files again, but I'm sure that there are many more. So please let me know if you find a bug at the archive.

On the front page of the RnD files archive, the files are sorted by date in descending order, which makes the last uploaded level to appear on top. There hasn't been any new upload there since 2008-12-08. I have no idea why.

Look in your Rocks'n'Diamonds directory for the file 'stderr' (unless it's printed some other place in Linux, I can't remember). If there is such a file, tell us what it says.

Puzzleset included in the Softpedia database

I got an e-mail today from Softpedia :) Apparently they've been visiting this page and decided that it was worth to include in their database. I just want you all to know this. I see this as very nice, that this levelset is included in the Softpedia database :) Congratulations, Rocks'n'Diamonds Map ...

* How complex the level/levelset is (exclude CEs, that'll ruin the results if it's added) How to measure how complex a level is without checking the CEs? @Zomis: How powerful is your tool? Does it depend on how you program it? :o For being a database of all RnD files you have stored on your compute...

Unfortunately, I haven't updated RnDDB for years... But viewing this topic again, it would of course be interesting! More suggestions for new "Top 10" lists is always welcome of course!

Good idea for a topic! :) I myself have been working on some different Adobe Flash programming projects. I've also been playing a lot of minigames on http://www.kadokado.com . I've also started playing Magic: The Gathering a lot. And I've been to France, again... :) And oh, Holger stopped by here on...
