walkable- unprotected

not sure if i should class this as a bug or a new idea... anyway, when something is walkable and unprotected, it still protects against explosions, would it be possible to make it work the same way as when you drop a bomb onto something walkable and unprotected? (as in the way the explosion still go...

yes i did save it, thats what caused it to delete itself

it doesnt bother to ask to backup the template when you edit a group CE, so if you edit a group CE then save, it deletes your template
luckly since id ran into this problem before, id backed the template up this time

Template deletes itself

if you have a template, then on a new level you set it to use template, but then you select save as template, it overwrites your template with whatever elements were on that level (which is nothing) so you end up loosing all your CE's i did this by accident and it wasnt nice :-( so all i can suggest...

just updated it to add new bomberman style bombs and pickups and the dreaded skulls that inflict random nasty things onto your character

if a player element is within a group element then dropped/thrown, instead of the player warping to the location, it simply creates another player that is completely unresponsive

isnt it already intergrated into the engine? i had a little mess on yesterday and tried opening 2 instances of r&d, both on netmode, one as host and the other conneting, worked fine, but obviously its not very fun to play by yourself :-p and i think it was flumminator, not sure though im gonna u...

what are the correct names of the dyna bomb sprites?

i have

dynabomb_nr
dynabomb_sz
dynabomb_xl
dynabomb_player4
dynabomb_player3
dynabomb_player2
dynabomb_player1
dynabomb.active

and none of them work
i got the names from the old example artwork level

i just remembered, the last few levels are multiplayer only (after the simple level that just says end)

you wont be able to complete if you dont have 2 people working as a team

and due to the fact that i used the emerald mines character view switch F keys, it may be impossible if not on net mode

id also like to see some CE - player modifiers that can allow things like this so an extra page that has various *upon pickup* settings such as *set player speed (speed and time active)* *set player invincibility (type and time)* *set player time/steps* you get the idea of course this isnt the same ...

i cant remember who it was, but i recall someone saying they faked this feature before by making a CE fire invisible objects that when they touch the player, changes the CE to a different one, maybe you could try that?
