The second level is solvable, there should be my tape in the folder. I suppose that you solved the third, the one that I consider interesting - I hate boulders, and I felt very happy having created this strange CE almost by chance! Anyway, in the 2nd level you have to bring the CE as close to the ex...

Playing around with CEs I've made something interesting. The first level contains a yellow CE (`341) which turns into a moving gray square (`339) when touched. The moving square follows the player and stops beside him. It is walkable, and when left by the player, it comes back to the static barrel a...

If anyone has downloaded the file posted above, please know that the solution contained up to some minutes ago was wrong (mistaken tape file)

Now it should be correct, please download it and let me know if you like it.

SnakeBite tricky level

This is my very first level shared.

I think it has only one solution, and it's zipped together with the level file.
The following page contains the preview and the link to the archive.

It's strange that this post got no replies. I think that's a very good idea, and if it is discussed elsewhere, I'd like to know. I'm sorry but I can't help since I'm a RnD dummy. I'm seriously making a New Year's Wish: understanding the CE technics to make a game with RnD. :D (All the technics? :sho...

Pullable / Chainable elements

The idea (not really a new idea cause I took that from SnakeBite by Alan Bond) is to realize a CE which can be pulled and chained by the player. The highest example of usage I could give is the following: A modular robotic snake, conductable by Rockford from the head section. Something like a train ...

Is again for ignorance that I used to copy the whole folder instead of the single level files - Strange, but I did - Due to the fact that the three PCs involved have RND & SB installed, it is reasonably better. As regards my editor's strangelitudes, it is clearly the case depicted: SB_Jue levels...

I also use the forum on different machines, with the auto-login, and it works perfectly. I know that it's out of topic (I swear that it's the first and last time I'll do something like this), but there is something new in the "Simplified version for children" thread, in the "New Ideas...

[EDIT] Thank you Guest for your advice, it is perfectly on topic. I am the person you were talking to. [EDIT] I have understood what I'm going to get, but... when decompressing it in the RnD folder, it prompted for overwriting some files - I gave a negative answer. Did I made a mistake? To be sincer...

Hi Alan, I'm glad to talk directly to you: thank you for SB, the little gamer is gone mad for that! (He has got some problems with single-step movements, but I'm trying to draw levels that don't need them) I used the Jue's version just for ignorance. I noticed that it was smaller than the original's...
