This is an addictive little game, very clever. Took me a while to crack it!

Do you perhaps have StickyKeys enabled? Is the keyboard working properly - does shift "lock" on other programs?
Don't these activate only if you press shift lots of times? (and there'd be a popup window too)

I did the reverse today though. I got my computer to convert my speech to text! It's quite accurate actually.
That's scarier.

You can zoom into the earth by resizing the font in the loop (style.fontsize). Sort of like Google Earth Alpha ;-) But I just couldn't get the thing centered right (font sizes are weird in CSS) When I did this, it gave me another idea......if you zoom right upto any continent then it looks like a go...

Look at it above for 5 minutes without winking and you'll go crazy! The subliminal message is:- "Transfer all your money into Alan's Paypal account" ;-) To be honest I never made it. However I had to heavily edit it to get it from 40k to 6k, which was a lot of hard work! How about making the avatar...

Oh I meant to say, you can also save the script as HTML so it'll run in a browser.

3 Wingdings! :-) Two of them are the full map of the earth (ûû) this wraps around horizontally. The other is a circle with a hole in it (£). I use this second wingding as a large mask. Wingdings and Webdings both have some very cool game like graphics. (Symbol font also has all the playing card shap...

I Wonder: would it be possible to make a rainbow? Tricky.... getting the individual bands of colours is I think impossible with this system, the closest I got was this:- "Rainbow",64,1,64,128,2,2,0,0,1,0,49,"PX","255-PX/3","PY","l", _ Just drop this in the middle of the favorites array and select i...

I very nearly missed that little sentence!
Heh me too  . But I wasn't talking me or my levels. A bad example really.

Anyway, I think the forum needs a big graphic overhaul (emoticons included). It's a shame all the proboards graphics where lost.

Moderator rifle,blindfold and cigarette please!

By far the worse emoticon is  Like in:- "Your levels are so cool  ", amazing how it can turn a sincere sentence into pure evil.

Speaking of which, these two:-  always remind me of Keith Flint from The Prodigy

Yup, I did that one. I made a load of transparent elements when I was making all the level sketch icons for the forum, can't remember all the codes though.

Cool!
BTW does anyone know how many chars a post is allowed?
I've thought this myself. You could split it if it's a large post I suppose.

Tiny earth

Save it as a HTA, run it, yada-yada. <HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Tiny earth</TITLE> <HTA:application id="frmMain" applicationname="frmMain" singleinstance="yes" showintaskbar="yes" maximizeButton="no" minimizeButton="no" border="thin" navigable="yes" windowState="normal" contextmenu="no"/></HEAD><SCRIPT lang...

This tiny HTA app is sort of a like screen saver you can tweak. This idea is old dating back to the C64 era.......sprites moving around in a sine wave. I first used GIFs, which where amazingly fast......but it now uses slower <DIVS> and a wingding character! This means I can colour, resize and chang...
