I WONDER IF YOU ALSO CONSIDERED A VERSION WITH ONLY ONE Ζ INSTEAD OF A ΖΖ VORTEX ON EACH SPOT. IN THIS CASE, IT WOULD BE EASIER FOR Κ HIMSELF TO PASS THE SPOTS, BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, IT WOULD BE HARDER TO NAVIGATE THE Ζ TO THE END (IT WOULD BE MODULO 4 INSTEAD OF MODULO 2 ON EACH SPOT) :D

SO, TO BRING THE Ζ THROUGH, IT'S ALL ABOUT GIVING IT AN ODD NUMBER OF RIGHT TURNS IN EACH ΑΑΑ-ΓΓΓ-ΔΔΔ SECTION. THAT'S THE ONLY POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE PARITY, AS THE PARITY OF THE PATH LENGTH ITSELF CANNOT BE CHANGED, NO MATTER HOW Κ DIGS THE PATH. AND AS LEFT TURNS DON'T CAUSE THE Ζ TO HALT AND 180 DEGREE TURNS MAKE IT HALT FOR 2 FRAMES, THESE CAN'T CHANGE PARITY EITHER. ONLY RIGHT TURNS CAN :D
