The horizontal wrapping is enabled making the fireflies crawl along the floor, but since this could make the original setup a little easier, I added more fireflies ;)  
  
Willemite is a zinc silicate material. Because of this, it is considered a minor zinc ore. it is flourescent under shortwave ultraviolet light, hence its mostly apple-green colour. however, a variant of willemite, troostite, replaces a fair bit of the zinc with manganese -- turning it reddish-brown.  
  
it is formed as an alteration of existing sphalerite, and is usually associated with limestone. it can coexist with franklinite and zincite, but it can be detected within these masses as only willemite is flourescent.  
  
willemite is named after william i of the netherlands; in this case, it can be called 'villemite'. troostite is named after the dutch-american mineraologist gerard troost.

it has a mohs hardness of 5.5.
