that's not really a new cso puzzle - the same method of breaking through the ΔΔΔ has already been themed in a previous cso cave (i won't spoil yet which one), but i think this one is a nice symmetric version :d

the old cso cave i was referring to is cso 34, and the idea occurs also in cso 171 (intended solution).  
  
all in all, three cso effects are combined here:  
  
| the way how to blast the wall; this actually includes two cso effects:  
(1) Κ touching the Ζ without exploding  
(2) the Ζ moving into the gap between the ΒΒ.  
  
| the way how Κ wins the "race" against the closing gwall afterwards  
  
| and the way how the Η is crushed when the crushing Β doesn't lose height.
