Flourapatite, as the name implies, is a flourophosphate of the apatite group. The mineral can be broken down through industrial means to create phosphoric acid and hydroflouric acid. The variation here is a purplish-blue aspect, though it is also known to convey sea-green and even brown colors, depending on where it is found with.  
  
Fun fact: flourapatite is a component of tooth enamel. as such, the mohs hardness of this mineral is 5 -- the same hardness as enamel itself.
