solution free, thx for unlocking darkstoorm & nesdori ! i honestly was too lazy to make a demo, it would probably have taken me a lot of attempts to do the movements :d

while the previous two cso caves required the trick from my very first cso cave ("cavescanning order"), this one uses the trick from "cavescanning order 2" :d

cso tricks:

| tricking the Μ part 1:
to avoid the Η, Κ moves up and down next to the Μ.
frame 0:
ΓΓΓΓΓ
ΜΜΚΕΕ
Γ Η Ε
ΕΕΕΕΕ
the Μ is scanned before Κ, so it is blocked. Κ is scanned before the Η, so he can still escape upwards.
frame 1:
ΓΓΚΓΓ
ΜΜ ΕΕ
Γ__ΗΕ
ΕΕΕΕΕ
now Κ is scanned before the Μ, so he can quickly move down and block the Μ again.
the point is that in frame 0, the Μ was scanned before Κ, while in frame 1 Κ was scanned first. this is the only constellation where Κ can starts next to a Μ, moves away and back before the Μ can grow. such a thing can not work with a vertical Μ.

| tricking the Μ part 2:
two frames later, Κ brings the Η past the Μ in a very similar way.
