my plan is to release all l1 caves from (at least) bd1 and 2 in the atari color schemes.

this project is also meant as practice material for Helena . and fun for everyone! :-D

interesting colors! :d

recently my brother visited me (not the dff programmer, but my other brother :d) and i showed him bd. he needed about 15 attempts for this cave, which showed me again how difficult this game is for beginners! also, it was very interesting to watch his learning process :d

about 10 years ago i made a gdash caveset for bd beginners, trying to systematically introduce different game elements (just like bd1 but somewhat easier). unfortunately the caveset got lost when my old laptop went down, but now i'm wondering if i shoall make such a series for this site. beside Helena , there might be some hidden members here who are relatively new to the world's best video game :d

dustin , I would love for you to make some easier caves! I love the puzzling in your caves, but I still lack the skillset to either finish the caves within time, or the precise actions needed to solve a more difficult cave.

I watched Arno 's and all your demos many times now, but doing it yourself is of course a lot harder. Thanks to that preparation i was able to finish A and B in one try, but C took many attempts already, both in running out of time and getting stones on my head :-)

thanks Helena , i'm happy to read that! :d alright, i'll keep the idea in mind for a series for relatively new boulder dashers :)

yes, cave c is already quite difficult at first! but wait for cave j... i remember playing that one with my mom over and over as a child but we hardly ever solved it :d
