Evershifting halls, except this time it's a four-way wrap. there's still a constraint (there's no looping), but it's still a tough challenge. I've decided to make the timer a bit fair because things can get a little.. disorienting.  
  
halite is the mineral name of rock salt, sodium chloride. it has had several uses, from being used as currency during the spice trades, to curing meats for preservation (especially for bacon and fish), as well as a component in dehydration (for jerky). not only is salt derived from the mountains (where the most general form of salt comes from), evaporation of salt-laden water yields this common flavor enhancer.  
  
that being said, it's no surprise that it is quite brittle!  
  
Halite has to be refined in order for it to be edible.  
  
It has a mohs hardness of 2.

as an added bonus, as earlier, I've published all five levels of "evershift / halite" to note that the level in question is quite unique: the pathing is different every single level, and so is the prng!
