Test of 3.2.4rc1 under Windows Vista

The current pre-release version 3.2.4rc1 contains updated SDL DLLs for Windows; these are the original pre-compiled DLLs from www.libsdl.org.
I had a report that there could be problems with these DLLs on Windows Vista, while the self-compiled SDL DLLs (from stable 3.2.3, for example) were reported to work fine.
Could somebody with access to a Windows Vista box please test the current pre-release (read: the included SDL DLLs) against Windows Vista?
