Emerald Dash Levels, missing features?

I started playing the Emerald Dash Levelsets. i like them but there are 2 Problems. You cant kill the butterflys with diamonds & the Amoeba doesnt turn to Emerald, many levels are unsolvable.
Is there a config to activate those features?
