I am having troubl with graphicsinfo.conf. It seems R&D is acting selective as to what it will and will not do once it reads this file!

(click on the pic once to make it larger)
The pic shows my graphicsinfo.config file, the picture file "telep.pcx," and a screen shot of the R&D level editor.
There are 3 custom elements (transporter graphics) I am trying to make show up in the level editor. All three definitions in graphicsinfo.config reference one graphic file (telep.pcx). As the pic of the R&D level editor shows, only the 1st and 2nd transporter graphics are showing!
This pic is color coded to make it even easier to see what I am trying to get help with.
I am assuming there must be somewhere else that I have to tell it I want custom_3 to be displayed as I want? Originally someone else "fixed" it so the custom_1 and custom_2 would show up so I am not sure how they did it. I decided to tackle finding out how it was done. The method I am trying seems not to be working. I read all the manual today (!) - no help!
Thanks for any help you can give - this has been plaguing me a looooong time!

WWII was fought against fascism, communism, and socialism - so what happened? "Sorry" to vets just does not cover it.

If had conf file problems before, but nothing like this. Everything in the picture looks like it's set up fine.
I created the same situation and it worked okay for me:

I doubt the problem is OS related, but cannot make any further deductions as to where the problem might be occurring. We'll have to wait for someone else to weigh in.
Also, check to make sure the graphics file is at least 96 (32 * 3) pixels high. Otherwise, the third row won't register.
[EDIT] Whoops, the dimensions are listed right on the status bar in your screenshot. I guess that's not the problem.

Graphicsinfo.conf problem solved!
OK - after I posted this question, I had trouble with my account (I made changes and it would not let me log back on). So I emailed Holger directly.
And... then I felt like kicking myself!
Later on in the same graphicsinfo.conf custom_3 was defined according to another picture! So I guess telling R&D to make custom_3 be something else (after telling it to be a transporter!) WOULD make it not be the transporter
Yes - I am using Alan's BD2K3 files as a starting point. I like the 3d look to much and therefore designed the transporter graphics to go with them.
Thanks again Holger, I now have neat looking transporters!
