Change to player when explosion of player

When setting a CE to change to player when explosion of player, and the player explodes (i.e. dies), the player can't move.
This is due to a "player alive" flag, which had to be inserted before since a CE could change to player after 50 seconds even if the player was dead.

But now, I'd like to have a CE that replaces the player when the player dies. And well, the CE does that. But the "new" player can't move, as I said before.

What this would result in:
If a CE could change to player when player dies, the player could be given additional lives (using one of many counter techniques). OR: If the player dies, it would be possible to give the player some score depending on how long he lived, this would bring up many "stay as long as you can" levels.

And the reason I call this a bug is...
So Holger would fix it faster ;)
And that I believe it has worked before...
