What is wrong with the music?

Post by monsterman »

sometimes when I play the level, the looping music cuts off and won't play again until I restart the level from the main menu.

I forgot to tell you this, but it is also that sometimes, the music deactivates, then after a few changing levelsets, it crashes :|

Do you mean that the program itself crashes?

Which version of the game and on which platform (Windows XP?) are you using?

I've never seen such problems so far, but then, I usually play with music disabled...

I play version 3.2.4 and I play it in Windows Vista Home Premium, and yes, RND itself crashes, (it might be my NVidia graphics card) I think the crashing's caused by the step puzzles levelset, because when I play it, first the music shuts off, then, when (I think) I went back to it, RND crashes when I change levelsets again

I've had RnD 3.2.4 on Vista with an nVidia graphics card for a year and not had this problem. (Although I haven't played it for a while cause of uni work.)
Perhaps the sound card or audio settings is at fault instead?
