Only by uploading it to the web first.
Which I see that you have actually done.
And by visiting your link I see the real image, an emerald.
My guess is that your webhost, kothhoefer.de, uses referer-checking to prevent the image from being loaded by another host, such as the artsoft.org forum.
So I suggest that you find another webhost, if you want to link the file into a forum post.

The RNDFA can be used for this, but you'll have to do it in a special way. Let me know if you want me to explain how to do.

Darn... I've been making some neat pixel artwork lately, and I wanted to post it here. There really should be a way to use pictures from your own computer...

Well, unfortunately there is not. But go to my site http://www.zomis.net/rnd and upload it there (you can upload *.zip, *.level and *.tape without registering, but to upload other formats you need to register), then share the links on the forum.
