Re: Rocks'n'Diamonds 4.1.3.0 iphone
Sounds cool! I like the idea if side-loading apps to Android and Apple instead of using the official app stores, but I did not know that this is possible on Apple devices. Are there any disadvantages of using an IPA instead of installing from the app store? I'm not too familiar with side-loading IP...

Re: Rocks'n'Diamonds 4.1.3.0 iphone
Ha! 3 years later... Sorry for the delay. I can offer it as an IPA if that is preferred in addition to uploading it to the App Store. I'm in the process of building a version using the latest code (4.3.1.1). I'm planning on taking out Game Center and instead just going to keep support for the built-...

Re: RnD for iOS
Holger, I’m ignoring aspect ratio this time. Maybe I’ll add it back in an update. Really just trying to keep the changes minimal this time.

Re: RnD for iOS
Yes, that sounds reasonable. Please let me know if/how it works! Besides this, I think I should add an option "vsync: on/off" to the graphics setup menu, to be able to both use smooth scrolling with VSYNC frame synchronization (if the system/hardware/driver supports it), and to also be ab...

Re: RnD for iOS
Hello, Can you release the iOS version sourcecode. I am asking because I would like to see how you got it to run in perfectly smooth 60fps. I ported the game to the PS Vita recently, and can get it to run fast on that platform, but it is never so perfectly smooth like in your iOS port. Even on my M...

Progress update on the iOS port of RnD. Practically done just some minor touch ups left to do. Here's the page on my website with some screenshots.

RnD for iOS
Hi all, I'm in the process of porting Rocks'n'Diamonds to iOS. The current state of the build is fully functional on iPhone and iPad. The plan is to release the game as a free app with no ads. If you are interested in beta testing the game sign up for Test Flight (free) and send me your email addres...

Re: Android / iPhone Port
I can explain how these work: There are several controls which i can't test because it seems that it's need extra hardware. - Slide - player follow the finger (like mouse support in rndTest) but snap is difficult because you have to tap near the place you are (not very much place for two fingers) - ...
